How do I download my file?
After checkout, Payhip emails you a download link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 5 minutes.
Does this work with n8n Cloud?
Yes. Every blueprint runs on n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n. The setup guide covers both.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Full refund within 14 days if you have not downloaded the file. Read the full policy at refunds.html.
How long does setup take?
Self-serve takes about 30 minutes with the setup guide. With the setup call, I install it live in a 60-minute session.
Can you install it for me?
Yes. Choose the "With setup call" tier at checkout, or book a call on the services page.
What do I need to run this?
A running n8n instance and the tools listed on the blueprint page. Depending on the blueprint, that might include Ollama, Google Sheets, or PostgreSQL.
I did not get my download email
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, open the chat and paste your order ID. It looks up the order and can create a ticket.
How do I update the workflow later?
Each blueprint includes a version note. When I release an update, buyers receive an email with the new JSON file.

How do I contact a person?
Open the chat and type human. It creates a ticket immediately. Or email support@lanexbuilds.com.
